1. What instruments (includes voice) do you play?
   Acoustic and classical guitar, piano, harmonica, and voice.
    

2. Do you write lyrics or music, or both?
   Both.
    

3. What styles of music do you write in?
   A little bit of everything - except Rap!!
    

4. When and how did you get started in music, what are you doing now, and where have you played?
   My mother first taught me piano in my 3rd and 4th grades. Played trumpet in 5th grade band, then switched to baritone in 6th grade and played that until I graduated. I picked up the trombone in 10th grade, playing that mostly for pep band at basketball games (Chicago's 25 to 6 or 4 was my favorite!) I started playing guitar soon after high school, having picked up interest in it after attending a Bible camp the summer after my graduation. Right now I am playing in the worship band for a small church in Victoria I started attending in Oct. 2006. I'll soon be doing some praise and worship leading there where I'll be introducing some of my P&W songs, my primary type of compositions. I've played at a few coffee houses, single's events, and of course church.
    

5. Do you perform regularly and what are your preferred venues?
   At this time I do not perform regularly.
    

6. Do you have any recorded music? If so, out with it!
   Although I've had several people encourage me to do so, I have yet to record my music on any type of media other than my personal tape or digital recorder, mainly because I'm quite challenged in the area of the technical aspects of recording. Help me, Matt!!!
    

7. Do you have a website?  If so, what is it?
   If so, what is it? Believe it or not, yes I do! So far it's just a main page that goes nowhere and has no music 'in' it, but I hope to develop that soon. Again, HELP!! The site is: music4iam.com
    

8. Is your music available for purchase online?  If so, where?

   Nope, nowhere.
    

9. How far do you want to go with your music at this time? What are your goals?

   I hope to have some songs published and recorded, primarily by groups such as Hillsongs or Integrity since most of my songs are P&W. I want to further develop my craft, especially the guitar, but would also like to learn to play banjo as I love to pick! I want and need to learn scales and more theory.

    

10. Are you interested in collaborating with other musicians and songwriters?

11. Is there anything outside of music that you would like people to know about you?

    Yes, I bat left-handed, but golf right-handed.
